Personal Growth or Professional Training?
The Personal Growth Path is for students with a desire to intimately study and embody Nia for self-actualization, personal growth and life transformation.

The Professional Growth Path is for current or aspiring fitness, health or wellness professionals looking to teach or integrate Nia into their existing practice.

Graduates of Nia education emerge as role models, representing what it means to consciously live in a body, to live passionately, guided by love and the sensation of Pleasure. Those on the Professional Path graduate prepared to work in the fitness, health and wellness world, teaching Classic Nia classes as well as working with special markets.

For people on the Personal Growth Path, completion of the White Belt results in receiving the Nia Personal Growth White Belt Certification of Completion. For people on the Professional Path, completion of the White Belt gives them permission to teach and represent Nia as a White Belt Apprentice, making “teaching classes” an integral part of the distance learning, continued education process that is a requirement before taking Green Belt. Green Belt focuses on teaching you how to “teach” a Body-Mind-Emotion-Spirit class format—Nia! Successful completion of Green Belt, which is the second belt on the Professional Path, is required in order to achieve the level of, Nia Professional Teacher Certification
